Our Mission is upholding and enriching the quality of life in the Eastside neighborhood of Wilton Manors.
Our Vision is to be a neighborhood that creates a sustainable Social, Environmental, and Economic balance for all its stakeholders.
Our Values are committed to maintaining the small town atmosphere that we all love about Wilton Manors while listening to all the stakeholders in our community.
Quiet, Clean Neighborhoods
Working closely with the City of Wilton Manors & with property owners, we will advocate for a clean and livable city. We want to assure that vacation rentals don't negatively impact our quality of life. We want less speeding on our streets and less trash.
Environmental Sustainability
Advocating for better drainage and infrastructure improvements in our neighborhood. Keeping our elected officials informed of our needs and desires. Working closely with the other neighborhood associations to build bridges of understanding throughout our city.
Crime Prevention
Working as partners with the Wilton Manors Police Department on issues such as car theft, speeding, burglaries, homelessness, and petty crimes so that we live in a safe and peaceful city.
Responsible & Sustainable Development
We understand that responsible development will help sustain the financial needs of our city in the future.
We will work closely with our community services department, city manager, elected officials, advisory boards, residents, businesses, and developers to assure measured and responsible growth that maintain our small town feeling and that provides economic stability and lower property taxes.
We will encourage the planting of trees, installation of traffic softening devices, greater police enforcement of speeding, and compliance with laws regarding vacation rentals.
